Georgia’s Brown Thrasher holds the largest song repertoire of any North American bird - more than 1,100 documented song types from a single individual. The state runs from Appalachian ridges to Atlantic barrier islands, and the Georgia Ornithological Society’s Checklist and Records Committee lists over 425 species recorded across that span.
This plate gathers Georgia’s signature birds onto a single sheet, drawn in the Audubon style: Northern Cardinal, Northern Mockingbird, Carolina Wren, Eastern Bluebird, Ruby Throated Hummingbird, Great Blue Heron, Great Egret, and the Brown Pelican.
